On the first floor, by the lattice window, was once the most celebrated table for two in London. This was Edward VII’s, when Prince of Wales’, favourite spot for wining and dining the beautiful actress Lillie Langtry. A door was built specially for these clandestine amorous encounters. The menu offers a choice of Starters, Pies & Puddings including a glass of House Wine, London Pride or Draught Guinness served in a silver tankard.
