19. Domaine William Fevre Chablis AOC   The Chardonnay grapes in Chablis produce a wine that is fresh and light with a good depth of mineral complexity. 

 20 Domaine Pierre Usseglio Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc Predominantly Grenache Blanc with Clairette & Bourboulenc, this has Rhone flavours with a Burgundy build and is made to be drunk in its youth. 

21 Chablis 1er Cru William Fevre Vaillons  Partially harvested by hand. Cool fermentation then partial oak ageing. Classic minerality and crisp acidity with persistent flavours.

22 Meursault "Les Grands Charrons" Domaine Michelot. Rich full bodied, Chardonnay balanced by good acidity and skilful use of Oak

23 Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru La Romanee  V. Giradin Firm, oaky nose, strongly mineral classicly full of fruit and zest and mouth wateringly delicious.

24 Chateau de Campuget Tradition, AC Costieres de Nimes
A soft, ripe Rhone red mostly Syrah with the fruity Grenache providing weight.

25 J.Bouchon Maule Valley Merlot  (Chile) A fruity medium bodied Merlot with red berry, and a soft herby lingering aftertaste. 

26 Chateau de Birot Merlot/Cab Sauvignon (1er Cotes de Bordeaux) 
From the banks of the Gironde near the town of Cadillac; Birot is an ancient property producing mid-weight Clarets for medium term ageing.

28 Quinta do Crasto Douro DOC Portugal  Made from a blend of Douro grapes with Tinta Roriz & Touriga Nacional. A fresh, fruity wine accessible when young. The palate is rich and vibrant with soft tannins and balanced acidity

29 Domaine Rossignol Fevrier Bourgogne Pinot Noir  From a producer based in Volnay, a glimpse at the quality of red Burgundies in this vintage. Pure, soft and delicious, especially with meat dishes. 

30 Groot Constantia Merlot. A fruity medium bodied Merlot with mulberry, chocolate and cinnamon flavours and a soft lingering aftertaste. Aged 12 months in new and 2 year old French oak barrels.

31 Schild Estate Barossa (Australia)  A classic Barossa blend, the ripe fruity Grenache flavours work well with the weight of the Mourvedre & spicy Shiraz.
