16 Domaine Michel Langlois Pouilly-Fume This has wonderful undertones of minerals and flint expressive of the clay and chalk soils in the area, pale yellow and green, a fresh and intense aroma of citrus and almonds. 

 17 Domaine Vincent Delaport Sancerre This clear crisp flavoured wine offers a lemon-peel tang with Classic sauvignon Blanc aromas. Well matched with light seafood and white fish. 

18. Domaine Vincent Delaport Rose.  Made from the free run juice of Delaporte's Pinot Noir this has a delicate wild strawberry scent to it, sweet fruit in the mid-palate, followed by a crisp and mineral acidity. Very fine indeed.
